Samantha has been cheated on by her boyfriend, Jax. She decides to go out on the town with her friend, Holly, and Holly’s boyfriend, Micah. She has heard all about Micah’s brother, Slade, and knows he is one man she needs to avoid. He is definitely a “womanizer”.
But when she runs into him at the bar, those eyes have her in a trance and she can’t look away. The heat between the two of them is scorching!! She tries to hate him since he knew her boyfriend was cheating, but that becomes impossible. Even Slade is surprised at the reaction he has for her and knows he must have her, even with her sassy attitude. He sees her as his “Angel” and believes she is there to save him.

Like I said, it is a sexual book, and if you can’t stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen. Slade is the typical “man whore” and Sam is just the one to tame him. I would give it 3.5 stars. The heat is actually more than the storyline, which seems to be lacking and leaves me wanting more to their relationship, besides their attraction.
