Synopsis
Suzy’s a control freak and has her life mapped out - work hard, find a man with a stable job, and live happily ever after. She’s content with the status quo, but her plan comes to a screeching halt when he enters her life and turns it upside down.
City gave up on love when his heart was crushed in college, preferring to be the typical bachelor. He spends his nights hopping from one bed to another and his days working at his family tattoo shop, Inked. Suzy is a control freak and even after her world is turned upside down by City she has a hard time accepting the relationship. City is determined to change her mind. He wants her and he does not put up with her excuses about why they can't be together.
City is one tatted, bike riding, foul mouthed alpha male. You will be loving what comes out of his mouth and what he can do with this mouth. He has had his heart broken in the past and isn't looking for a relationship but the "good girl" that is stranded on the side of the road peaks his interest the minute he rescues her.
Suzy deviates from her mapped out life when City rescues her. With a little help from some alcohol she decides to have a fun filled night in City's bed. She doesn't realize that it will lead to her veer of the course. City brings out the bad girl in her and she has a hard time accepting it.
"Laugh while you can, sweet girl," I growled against her lips. "I'm going to make you scream all those dirty words you're too scared to say."
Opposites can attract and the family and friends will be there right along side these two to help them navigate the map of life. Even though this book is hot and steamy it also shows the love of family and friends and how sometimes you just have to take a chance in life. It is told from the POV of City and Suzy.

Michael "The IceMan" Gallo who is the only Gallo without artistic talent so he manages the Tattoo shop and it the piercer but his passion is UFC. Dr. Mia Greco is dedicated to saving lives and helping those less fortunate. They meet after Michael has to go to the ER for broken ribs and Dr. Mia is the one who treats him. He of course moves fast and asks her out but she shoots him down, she doesn't have time for dating. As you know the Gallo boys don't take no for an answer and he pursues her.
Michael is an alpha Gallo man who likes to take charge but in this book you will see a romantic softer side. He like Mia and he is doing what he needs to convince her to take a chance on him. Mia is a kick a$$ women who knows what she wants in life. She also has a passionate side and volunteers her time as a doctor at a clinic for the less fortunate. Mia is not so thrilled with Michael's profession of fighting but that doesn't stop her from testing their relationship.
The twist in the book is the crazy, and I do mean crazy, ex of Michael's. I won't say anymore because I don't want to give away any spoilers but she makes for an interesting story. Ms. Bliss does a great job of incorporating the other Gallo family members in this book. I love that these books are are told from the POV of Michael and Mia, it makes you better understand each of the characters feeling.

Some great advice to the girls from Mrs. Gallo prior to Suzy's and City's wedding. She has been married a long time and has 4 alpha male sons and one kick a$$ daughter.
Izzy decided to plan a great bachelorette party for Suzy so she can get rid of all of the stress prior to the wedding. But as we know from previous books the Gallo's don't do anything quiet and small. Things happen that leads to a misunderstanding between City and Suzy. Can their love stand the test?
You need to read Throttle Me prior to reading this book. You will laugh throughout this book but believe me the alpha male and the women who has to put up with him is still there. A great novella to extend Suzy and City's relationship. There is even a great surprise at the end. Another great book in the Men of Inked Series.

Izzy, she has grown up with her four alpha brothers looking out for her. She is a strong lady that takes no crap and she is just as foul mouthed as her brothers. She vows not to ever let a man change her. She loves to hook up with guys her brothers don't like but then she mets her match in James and the whole family loves him.
Izzy takes a weekend trip to Bike Week in Daytona, turning her world upside down. One man saves her from the hands of a biker who doesn't want to play nice. James Caldo, the man Izzy happend to hook up with in Throttled but conveniently leaves prior to him waking up. This time he is not letting that happen, and he gets creative in how he doesn't let her get away.
“I’m telling you now. I love a good chase and a worthy adversary. You. Will. Be. Mine,” he said calmly, swiping his thumb across my bottom lip.”
In this book Izzy has to face the fear of love. She thinks she will lose herself with an alpha male but James sets out to prove her wrong. Her mother also helps her see that she deserves love and she needs a man to challenge her.
Once again Ms. Bliss will make you fall in love with her characters. You get to deal with all of the Gallo family in this one also and just as the other books it is told from multiple POV. I loved that you got to know more about Thomas in this book because James is actually working with him on his undercover cop work. It does end in a slight cliffhanger that leads into Thomas book which I can't wait for.
