SARAH'S 4 STAR REVIEW:

Love So Irresistible is the third book in Marquita's Lawson Brothers series. This book focuses on Mason an ex Navy Seal who suffers from PTSD and his noisy neighbor Skylar. This book can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend reading the first two books in the series as well.

Mason Lawson is suffering from a bullet wound to his leg but doesn't want help from anyone in his family. He also suffers from severe PTSD and is constantly pushing everyone away from him because he feels like a burden. He just wants to be live a quiet lonely life with his service dog Bomber. This works out good for him unitl his new neighbor moves in and starts a music class for young children at her house. When Mason falls outside on his way over to Skylar's to complain about the noise she is the first one by his side. He is cranky and doesn't treat her very nice but she sticks around because she knows he needs help. Will Mason every be able to let go of his past issues and let someone into his life?.

Skylar Jernigan has finally settled down in Jessamine after moving around a lot as a child. She is excited to be using her home as a music studio to teach music to young children. She is very intugued by her new neighbor but she never introduces herself as he seems to keep to himself. One day when she is getting ready to sent the rest of her students home she sees Mason fall out on the sidewalk. She runs out to help him and even though he isn't very nice to her she sticks around to find out what else she can do to help him. As time goes on feelings between these two get stonger and neither one is sure how to deal with those feelings. Skylar hasn't had good luck with relationships but will Mason be the one to change her mind?

loved the connection between Mason and Skylar. I love the banter between them. The secondary characters added lots of depth to the storyline. My only complaint is that the story ended to quickly and I would have liked a look further into the future of these two characters. I am very excited for Lemon and Tristan's story after reading the sneek peek at the end of this book!!
