I absolutely loved Love So Tempting by Marquita Valentine. This is the 4th book in her Lawson Brothers series and tells the story of Tristan and Lemon. This book can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend reading the entire series in order as we met all of the brothers throughout the series.
Tristan Lawson has had a love/hate relationship with Lemon McCoy for years. When he left for the Marines and found himself missing home he writes a letter to Lemon and is very surprised when he recieves a letter back from her. They continue to write back and forth to each other right up until Tristan goes back home. The first person he goes to see when he gets home is Lemon and is completely shocked when he finds out from her sister that she is engaged to someone else. Will he give up on his feelings for Lemon or will he fight for her?
Lemon is very uspet when she finds out Tristan is back in town and has made no effort to come and see her. She decides to go to his family farm and welcome him home. He is less than pleased to see her and sends her away. Years go by with these two still at each others throats but one night of passion turns their worlds upside down. With a baby on the way Tristan and Lemon decide to try and make a relationship work despite the opinions of everyone else in their lives. Will these two finally be able to get the HEA they deserve after years of pushing each other away?
I loved the connection between Lemon and Tristan. This book took me an quite an emotional rollercoaster and I loved every second of it. The secondary characters added lots of depth to the storyline. I loved being able to catch up with the rest of the family members from the other books. I can't wait for the next book in this series.
